This Guarantee reflects that commitment. It is not a guarantee of any specific interest rate, payment, fee, or outcome, and it does not constitute a loan approval or commitment to lend.

The Guarantee applies to loans originated through the Genius platform that are eligible under applicable agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines. Eligibility is determined at the time of pricing and may change based on the borrower’s profile, the loan program, lock terms, market conditions, and investor availability.

Best execution is calculated using real-time pricing, eligibility, applicable overlays, and the margins configured for your channel. Comparisons are made among the investors then participating on the Genius platform.

Genius does not represent that it compares every lender or investor in the market — only those available in the Genius stack at the time of pricing.

The Guarantee does not apply to: (a) pricing quoted outside the Genius platform; (b) loans that become ineligible after pricing; (c) differences arising from borrower-elected changes, lock terms, extensions, or renegotiations; (d) third-party fees not controlled by Genius; or (e) results caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Pricing is subject to change until locked and is subject to credit approval. Nothing in this Guarantee waives any requirement of applicable law or investor guidelines.

If you believe an eligible loan did not receive best-execution pricing, contact us with the loan details and a competing quote, dated the same day, for a substantially identical scenario (same program, terms, lock period, and borrower profile).

Genius will review the claim in good faith and, where verified, work to make it right. Determinations are made at Genius’s reasonable discretion.

Genius may update this Guarantee at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
