Borrowers who close an eligible loan with Genius are automatically enrolled in the Lifetime Program at no cost. The Program is designed to reward your relationship with Genius over the life of your homeownership.

Enrollment is automatic upon funding of an eligible loan originated through Genius. Eligibility is limited to the borrower(s) named on the closed loan and is subject to applicable law and investor requirements.

Genius reserves the right to determine eligibility and to verify enrollment.

Program benefits may include: no Genius lender fees on future refinances of an eligible property with Genius; proactive alerts when market conditions suggest you could save; and priority access to Genius loan officers.

Specific benefits, amounts, and availability may vary by loan program, state, and market conditions, and are subject to qualification and credit approval at the time of any future transaction.

Benefits have no cash value and cannot be combined with certain other offers. “No lender fees” refers to fees charged by Genius and does not include third-party fees (e.g., appraisal, title, recording, government, or per-diem interest) or amounts required by investors or regulation.

Any future refinance must be eligible and approved. The Program does not guarantee approval, a specific rate, or savings.

Program benefits are tied to the enrolled borrower(s) and the originally financed property unless Genius states otherwise in writing. Benefits do not automatically transfer to a new property, a new borrower, or upon sale of the property.

Genius may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any benefit, at any time — including for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Where required by law or contract, existing eligible benefits will be honored.
