Today we're announcing that Genius has closed a $5 million seed round to accelerate what we've been building from day one: the first end-to-end mortgage intelligence platform.

For decades, originating a loan has meant stitching together a dozen systems that don't talk to each other — a CRM here, a pricing engine there, a point of sale, a loan origination system, a back office, and a capital markets desk, each with its own data, its own login, and its own blind spots. The result is slow files, lost loans, and basis points that disappear into the gaps.

Why we're building Genius

We think the entire stack should be one platform. When the CRM, PPE, POS, LOS, back office, and capital markets all share a single source of truth, an intelligence can finally read the whole loan — not a fragment of it. That's what unlocks real automation: agents that triage documents, clear conditions, and route every loan to its best execution, automatically.

It also changes the economics. Connecting originators directly to capital markets — instead of through layers of intermediaries — means the basis points that used to vanish in the middle stay with the people who originate the loan.

What the round means

This round lets us go faster on the things that matter most: expanding the platform, growing the team, and bringing more loan officers and brokers onto the rails. We're grateful to our investors for backing the vision, and to the team that's turning it into software every day.
